1. Provide a 5.5" capacitive touchscreen interface for switching and controlling AV equipment
   1. Tabletop 5.5" touchscreen user interface for AV and control systems
      1. Provide a 5.5" LCD touchscreen that supports up to 16.7M colors and 1280x720 resolution
      2. Device shall feature scratch and smudge-resistant Corning® Gorilla Glass®
      3. Device shall support Extron IP Link Pro xi control processors
      4. Device shall include a single built-in down firing speaker which can be configured to provide audio and button feedback
      5. Device shall have a female RJ-45 jack located on the bottom of the enclosure hidden behind a removable door that supports 10/100/1000Base-T, half/full duplex with auto-detect for connection to a LAN or WAN and includes link and activity LED indicators located on the left and right of the jack for troubleshooting network issues as well as supports PoE (Power over Ethernet), 802.3af
      6. Device shall include a single high-speed USB 2.0 type C connection located on the bottom of the enclosure hidden behind a removable cover plate
         1. Device shall support expansion ports via a USB-C adapter when paired with LinkLicense for TLP Control Processor or can be remotely powered
      7. Provide a total of two integrated RGB LED status lightbars - one located on the front-bottom center of the enclosure and the second located on the back-top center of the enclosure, both of which can be configured or programmed
      8. Provide a built-in motion sensor located on the top bezel of the touch surface allowing the panel to be woken from a sleep state or set up via software to trigger any number of actions
      9. Provide a light sensor located on the right side of the bezel of the touch surface that automatically adjusts the LCD screen’s backlight based on available ambient light
      10. Device shall have a menu button located on the bottom of the enclosure hidden behind a removable door for setup of items such as IP address and sound volume at minimum
      11. Device shall include a multi-function button located on the bottom of the enclosure hidden behind a removable door that allows for the reset of the device or its communication properties at minimum
      12. Device shall support the following protocols: DHCP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS (redirect), ICMP, IEEE 802.1X, IPv4, NTP, SFTP, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SSL, TLS, TCP/IP, UDP/IP
      13. Device shall have the following memory available, at minimum:
          1. SDRAM

      14. Device shall have native support for H.264 streaming formats enabling the touchpanel to display live streaming video from an IP camera or a streaming encoder such as the Extron SMP or SME series of products
      15. Device shall have the ability to be controlled by an HTML5, and JavaScript enabled web browser, or an iOS or Android based device as a secondary point of control
      16. Device shall support a LinkLicense for TLP Control Processor allowing for up to:
          1. 32 Secure Platform Devices (SPD)
          2. 8 TouchLink panels
          3. TLCA2 Adapter
          4. 12 Network Button Panels (NBP)
      17. Device shall be black in color
   2. Mounting requirements
      1. Device shall have the ability to sit on a tabletop that can be secured using the threaded holes in the base of the touchpanel while using owner furnished screws
      2. Device shall support swivel capability via an optional Swivel Mount Adapter
      3. Device shall be weighted and have an optimized viewing angle of 65°
   3. Software requirements
      1. User interface shall be created using Extron’s GUI Designer software
      2. The device may only be configured or programmed using Extron’s Global Configurator Plus or Professional, or Extron’s ControlScript Deployment Utility respectively.
      3. Shall be configured or programmed by an Extron authorized user.
      4. The device’s configuration and settings shall be managed using Extron’s Toolbelt software
   4. Security requirements
      1. Device shall support SFTP and SSH for secure communication between the control processor and TouchLink Pro touchpanel
      2. Device shall support SFTP and SSH for secure communication between the control processor and the configuration or programming software
      3. Device shall provide the option to modify administrator and user credentials
      4. Device shall support security updates to maintain network health
      5. Device shall require that a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate is installed to maintain system confidentiality and data integrity
      6. Device shall support the installation of an owner furnished certificate with the following properties:
         1. Certificates shall include x.509 support
         2. Certificates shall include public / private key exchange
         3. Certificates shall support PEM encoding
      7. Extron shall furnish documentation that describes all supported network ports and services
