1. Provide an HDMI twisted pair transmitter that shall support the distribution of video, USB data, audio, and control over a shielded CAT 6A cable
   1. Rack-mountable transmitter for the extension of HDMI, audio, and control
   2. Video input requirements
      1. Shall provide one (1) HDMI input
         1. Supported HDMI 2.0b specifications include data rates up to 18 Gbps, HDR, Deep Color up to 12-bit, 3D, and HD lossless audio formats
      2. Shall support digital video resolutions up to 4K/60 @ 4:4:4 color sampling
      3. Shall support RGB and YCbCr digital video formats
   3. Audio input requirements
      1. Shall support embedded digital audio on HDMI input
      2. Shall support multiple embedded audio formats
      3. Shall support embedded HD lossless audio formats
   4. Video output requirements
      1. Shall provide one (1) RJ-45 for connection to an Extron DTP3-enabled product
      2. Shall provide one (1) mirrored HDMI for local monitor support or system expansion
   5. USB host connection requirements
      1. Shall provide one (1) USB Type B connector on the rear panel for a host computer
      2. Shall support USB 2.0, 1.1, or 1.0 hosts
      3. Shall support USB 3.0 hosts that can operate at USB 2.0 rates
      4. Shall support data transfer rates up to 480 Mbps
      5. Shall support bulk, control, interrupt, and isochronous data transfer types
   6. Transmission requirements
      1. Shall provide signal transmission distance capability of 330 feet (100 meters) for all supported video resolutions using a shielded CAT 6A cable
   7. EDID requirements
      1. Shall provide automatic EDID management between connected devices
         1. Provide a set of pre-stored EDID files
         2. Support capture of EDID from any connected display
         3. Support user uploading of custom-generated EDID files
         4. Support assignment of any pre-stored, captured, or custom uploaded EDID file to any input connection
   8. HDCP requirements
      1. Shall be HDCP 2.3 compliant with backward compatibility for earlier HDCP versions
      2. Control/Remote – RS-232 pass-through over shielded CAT 6A requirements
      3. Shall provide connection for AV device control
         1. One (1) 3-pole captive screw: RS-232 pass-through over DTP
   9. Power requirements
      1. Shall accept remote power from a DTP3-enabled product
      2. Shall accept local power
      3. Shall provide a DIP switch on rear panel for selection to provide power to a connected DTP3 transmitter
   10. General requirements
       1. Shall include a USB-C configuration port on the front panel for data access and firmware updates
       2. Shall be compatible with CAT 6A shielded twisted pair cable, and Extron XTP DTP 22 shielded twisted pair cable
       3. Shall have a 1-inch (2.5 cm) high, half rack width metal enclosure
       4. Shall provide versatile mounting capability
       5. Shall provide visual indication of RJ-45 signal and link status for DTP port
       6. Shall provide visual indication for signal presence, power, and link status on front panel
       7. Shall provide Extron LockIt® HDMI cable lacing brackets
       8. Shall support the use of HDMI to DVI-D cables or adapters for DVI-D signals
       9. Shall meet regulatory compliances
          1. CE, c-UL, UL
          2. CE, C-tick, FCC Class A, ICES, VCCI
          3. Appropriate requirements of RoHS and WEEE
       10. Shall provide at least three (3) years parts and labor warranty
