1. Provide a matrix switcher that shall support up to four inputs and four outputs for distribution and routing of computer-video and analog audio signals
   1. Rack-mountable VGA and Stereo Audio matrix switcher
      1. Provide computer-video inputs and outputs on industry-standard 15-pin HD (VGA) connectors
      2. Provide unbalanced stereo audio inputs on 3.5mm Tip-Ring-Sleeve mini stereo jacks
      3. Matrix shall support both balanced and unbalanced stereo audio outputs on captive screw connectors
      4. Provide minimum RGB video bandwidth of 350 MHz (-3 dB) when fully loaded (one input tied to all outputs simultaneously)
      5. Matrix shall automatically delay the switching of RGB signals for a defined time period during a switch from one input signal to the next, allowing the Horizontal and Vertical sync signals to precede the RGB signals
      6. Provide independent setting of audio input gain and attenuation levels
      7. Provide user-selectable setting of audio output levels
         1. Matrix shall support an audio output level of +4 dBu
         2. Matrix shall support an audio output level of -10 dBu
      8. Provide independent switching of audio and video signals (break-away switching)
      9. Front panel shall provide physical buttons for creating ties within the matrix
      10. Provide one RS-232 serial control port
      11. Matrix shall support control via an optional IR (infrared) remote control device
      12. Matrix shall be housed in a 1 RU high, one EIA full-rack width metal enclosure
      13. Matrix shall be equipped with an internal, universal AC power supply capable of supporting 100 - 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz power
