MLC 62 RS CC
- Provide a 55mm x 55mm button panel controller housed in a versatile mounting bracket designed to integrate into Cable Cubby® 1200 or Cable Cubby 1400 Series/2 Cable Access Enclosures for the purpose for switching and control of AV equipment
- Mountable button panel controller for AV and control systems
- Device shall have a total of eight fully configurable soft touch LED backlit buttons, four dedicated for input selection, two dedicated for volume control and the remaining two dedicated for power control arranged in a logical order
- Buttons shall illuminate white when active and should have the ability to flash
- Input source buttons shall be able to be configured for either a single or dual function setup by simply swapping out the bezel and buttons with an included bezel kit
- Button text shall be able to be customized by selected from pre-packaged kits or may be ordered individually
- Device shall have five LEDs, arranged horizontally located just above the volume buttons that shall provide visual feedback of the volume level in a system
- Device shall support the creation of IR drivers by capturing IR commands from handheld remotes. IR receiver shall be located on the left side of the controller
- Device shall feature a mini female USB B Port that shall be located on the left side of the controller that shall allow for device configuration
- Device shall feature a host port on captive screw connectors located on the back of the panel for that shall allow for device configuration
- Device shall support one digital input on captive screw connector located on the back of the controller that can be used to interface with devices such as sensors, switches, and relays
- Device shall have two normally open low voltage relays on captive screw connectors that can be configured to control lighting, screen control or other device functions
- Device shall have one configurable IR/Serial ports on captive screw connectors located on the back of the controller. This ports shall allow the transmission of IR signals (using an IR emitter) or unidirectional RS-232 communications for control of AV system components
- Device shall have a configurable unidirectional RS-232 port on captive screw connectors located on the back of the panel for universal display control
- Device shall have a 12 volt captive screw connection located on the back of the panel that will be used to power the panel using an included universal power supply
- Device shall provide audible feedback from the built-in speaker by beeping when a button is pressed
- Device shall include a mounting bracket designed to mount in a Cable Cubby® 1200 or Cable Cubby 1400 Series/2 Cable Access Enclosure
- Mounting bracket shall include a two-space MAAP opening for cable pass-through or AV connectivity
- Device shall include a flexible two-space MAAP cable pass through plate with three split-ring holes one small 0.25” (.64 cm) and two medium 0.375” (.95 cm)
- Device shall be Section 508 Compliant and shall meet or exceed accessibility standards for Electronic Information Technology
- Device shall include black face plate
- Device shall ship with an optional six button bezel kit and additional buttons should the user need only two source/function buttons instead of four
