1. Provide a server-based AV resource management software for remotely controlling, monitoring, and troubleshooting connected AV equipment and AV systems.
   1. Software shall run in a Microsoft® Windows® Server environment and shall be accessible using a supported web browser interface.
      1. Software database shall reside on a Microsoft SQL Server version 2017 or later.
      2. Software shall allow for management of all the AV devices and meeting rooms across the campus and enterprise.
      3. Software shall provide the ability to track and analyze device and room usage, proactively plan maintenance activities, and maintain inventory lists using customizable reports.
      4. Software shall provide custom reporting tools that allow for the data from each room and device to be viewed and analyzed.
      5. Software shall allow for the creation of monitors and schedules based on location and device type that can be used to generate e-mail alerts, text messages, and Event Alert List notifications to inform you of the activity.
      6. Software shall provide a clear and concise view of information that can be used by the organization’s help desk for troubleshooting and managing individual rooms.
         1. Software shall allow for Personalized help desk layouts per user account.
      7. Software shall provide a suite of time-saving features that anticipate user needs and intelligently deliver room automation and control across the enterprise.
         1. Software shall provide a Microsoft Outlook add-in allowing for automated meeting starts and conference room functions.
         2. Add-in shall anticipate your scheduled meeting and automatically turn on all your devices.
         3. Add-in shall return all devices to their previous state in anticipation for the next meeting.
      8. Software communication shall be secure and shall utilize SSL
      9. Software shall support HTML5.
      10. Software shall include a custom REST API to provide robust integration with reporting tools.
      11. Software shall include a custom reporting API to accelerate the data integration process.
      12. Software shall support configured and programmed control systems created using the following software tools.
          1. Extron IP Link control systems configured with Global Configurator 3.5.2 or later.
          2. Extron Pro Series control systems configured with Global Configurator Plus and Global Configurator Professional 1.3 or later.
          3. Extron Pro Series control systems programmed with Global Scripter 1.0 or later and available Global Scripter module.
      13. Software shall allow for on the go access using an Apple iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch with the iGVE app installed.
      14. Software shall provide flexible project management and archiving functionality allowing for multiple Extron Global Configurator files to be imported while providing a repository for older versions that can be used for troubleshooting purposes.
      15. Software shall provide seamless integration with the following scheduling software.
          1. iCalendar
          2. Google Calendar
          3. CollegeNET R25
          4. 25Live
          5. Exchange
          6. 365
      16. Software shall provide user and access management with support for the following
          1. Microsoft Active Directory
          2. LDAP group authentication
          3. Configurable user access
      17. Software shall provide a Dynamic Event Alert List that provides a view of system events, the condition and status of rooms and equipment, as well as action items and reminders for maintenance and technical support tasks.
      18. Software shall provide a Customizable view of driver commands allowing for remote control of a device.
      19. Software shall provide a way to manage device status categorization allowing effective monitoring the status of room equipment.
      20. Software shall allow for drag-and-drop location organization within the Tree Manager.
      21. Software shall support Secure Platform devices including Extron NAV, and support Extron PVCA 452 PoleVault Controller Amplifier and Extron IPCP Pro xi Control Processors. Direct support shall be provided for Extron ShareLink Pro, Extron TLS TouchLink Scheduling Panels and Extron SMP Streaming Media Processor devices.
      22. Software shall be deployed by an Extron Application Engineer.
   2. Approved software shall be Extron GlobalViewer Enterprise (part number 29-096-01); no alternates or equals.
