NAV SD 511 (multimode)
- Provide a Pro AV over IP scaling decoder that shall receive ultra-low latency, high quality video, audio, Ethernet, and USB 2.0 signals over a 1 Gbps fiber optic Ethernet interface
- Decode and scale video, audio, Ethernet, and USB 2.0, and shall:
- Provide an HDMI connector for interfacing digital video signal output with embedded audio
- Provide connections for interfacing analog audio signals
- One set of captive screw connections on back panel for line-level balanced/unbalanced stereo audio output
- Provide connections for device configuration from a PC or other peripheral
- One USB connection on the front panel
- Provide a 5-pole captive screw connector for remote RS-232 and IR control from a central control processor via remote port access mapping
- Provide one LC/LC fiber optic connector for control and transport of streaming data over multimode fiber optic cable for distances up to 550 meters (1804 feet)
- LC/LC interface shall also support Ethernet expansion for remote LAN connectivity over multimode fiber optic cable
- Provide one 2-pole captive screw connector for 12VDC power

- Support HDMI embedded and analog stereo audio
- Support 30-bit, 10-bit per color encoding and processing that maintains 4:4:4 color information throughout the entire encode-streaming-decode process
- Support streaming of all video and computer-video signals maintaining native resolution from encode to decode
- Support streaming of signals at 60 frames per second at resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 with 4:4:4 chroma sampling
- Support selectable aspect ratio control
- FILL mode – the video image shall always fill the output screen without letterbox or pillarbox
- FOLLOW mode – the video image on the output screen shall always preserve the aspect ratio of the input signals without distortion
- Support videowall mode to enable a mix of full screen and image magnification across multiple displays
- Support a low latency encode and decode process
- Provide a video error concealment system which does not increase streaming bandwidth or encoding delay
