Integrated AV Control and DSP for Modern Workspaces

Extron is working with Audio-Technica to create easy to deploy Certified for Microsoft Teams audio solutions for modern workspaces. We provide control system and audio DSP resources that simplify the integration of Audio-Technica Dante microphone arrays and automatic camera tracking with Extron devices. Using an Extron DMP Plus series audio DSP processor or a DTP3 CrossPoint Presentation Matrix Switcher with integrated audio DSP connected to a Audio-Technica ATND1061 or Engineered Sound^® Wireless microphone, customers can create high quality sound systems that are easy to control and work reliably.

Technology Benefits

Dante network audio provides seamless connection between the microphone, an Extron DMP Plus series audio DSP or a DTP3 CrossPoint Presentation Matrix Switcher with integrated audio DSP, and the rest of the system.
Extron Dante-enabled devices provide studio quality audio:
- Extron audio DSP implements the latest technology to flawlessly connect, process and distribute Audio-Technica microphones to the rest of the system.
Certified GCP Drivers control mic output level, mute states, LED states, and other functions:
- Extron Certified control drivers have been created and tested with Audio-Technica.
- Audio-Technica provides Extron with advanced knowledge of upcoming firmware changes to make sure the integrator has the latest functional system possible.
- Integrated DSP Configurator Building Blocks for Audio-Technica ATND1061 and Engineered Sound Wireless microphones provide a streamlined setup process with a comprehensive set of processing and gain settings optimized for the Audio-Technica microphone.
- The Extron Control for Microsoft Teams Rooms software application adds environmental and AV system control to the full range of conferencing features provided by the Microsoft Teams Rooms application.
