1. Provide a 3.5” portrait capacitive touchpanel for Desk Scheduling
   1. Tabletop mountable 3.5” touchscreen user interface for viewing and booking a shared space
      1. Provide a 3.5” LCD touchscreen that supports up to 262k colors and 320x480 resolution
      2. Device shall feature scratch and smudge-resistant Corning® Gorilla Glass®
      3. Device shall include one mono speaker which can be configured to provide button feedback.
      4. Device shall have a female RJ-45 jack located on the back of the enclosure that supports 10/100Base-T, half/full duplex with auto-detect for connection to a LAN or WAN and includes link and activity LED indicators located on the left and right of the jack for troubleshooting network issues as well as supports PoE- Power over Ethernet, 802.3af.
      5. Device shall include a single micro-USB 2.0 type B receptacle located on the back of the enclosure.
      6. Provide one red/green LED along the top of the display to indicate space status.
      7. Provide a built-in motion sensor located on the top bezel of the touch surface allowing the panel to be woken from a sleep state
      8. Provide a light sensor located on the top bezel of the touch surface that automatically adjusts the LCD screen’s backlight based on available ambient light
      9. Device shall have a menu button located on the back for the setup of items such as IP address and sound volume at minimum
      10. Device shall include a multi-function button located on the back of the enclosure that allows for the reset of the device or its communication properties at minimum
      11. Device shall include a secure tether kit.
      12. Device shall support the following protocols: DHCP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, ICMP, SFTP, SSH, TCP/IP, UDP/IP, NTP
      13. Device shall have the following memory available, at minimum:

      16. Device shall have support for 802.1X certification on TLS panels, which can be managed via Extron’s Toolbelt software

          3. Two factor authentication (OAuth) required for Microsoft 365

   2. Mounting requirements
      1. Using the included mounting plate, the device shall have the ability to mount directly to a flat surface or secured to a 1-gang US junction box.
      2. Device shall support Extron SMB 111T Surface Mount for mounting to a tabletop surface.
   3. Software requirements
      1. Scheduling panels shall be set up using Extron’s Room Agent Software.
   4. Security requirements
      1. Device shall support HTTPS for secure communication between the touchpanel and the calendar server.
      2. Device shall support SFTP and SSH for secure communication between the panel and Room Agent software.
      3. Device shall provide the option to modify administrator credentials
      4. Device shall securely store all third-party credentials
      5. Extron shall furnish documentation that describes all supported network ports and services
