1. Provide a universal twisted pair transmitter that shall support the distribution of multi-format analog video, audio, control, and Ethernet extension over a shielded CATx cable.
   1. Long distance transmitter for RGBHV, HD component video, S-video, and composite video signals, audio, control, and Ethernet extension
   2. Video input requirements
      1. Provide one (1) VGA input for multi-format analog video signals
         1. Shall digitize analog video input signals prior to transmission
         2. Support computer video up to 1920x1200, including HDTV 1080p/60
         3. Support loop-through of the signal for local output
      2. Support digital conversion of analog video formats
   3. Audio input requirements
      1. Provide audio input connection
         1. One stereo analog audio
   4. Control input requirements
      1. Provide communication connections
         1. One bidirectional RS-232 pass-through

      1. One 10/100 Ethernet port

       1. The unit shall support remote powering from an XTP CrossPoint matrix switcher input board or XTP power injector

       1. Shall support setup and configuration through USB
       2. Shall support setup and configuration through a system-wide management software from an XTP CrossPoint matrix switcher communication channel
   14. General requirements
       1. The unit shall support RGBHV, HD component video, S-video, and composite video signals, audio, control, and Ethernet extension over a shielded twisted pair cable
       2. The unit shall be compatible with shielded CATx twisted pair cable
       3. The unit shall support remote powering from an XTP CrossPoint matrix switcher input boardor XTP power injector
       4. The unit shall have a low profile enclosure and versatile mounting capability
       5. Shall provide visual indicator for signal presence and power
       6. Shall meet regulatory compliance
