1. Provide an Ethernet-enabled power controller for the purpose of remotely controlling, monitoring and troubleshooting connected AV equipment and their power
   1. Configuration-based, Ethernet-enabled power controller
      1. Provide four IEC power connectors rated at 120/240 VAC, 50-60 Hz located on the back of the controller that can be individually configured for power control and current sensing of AV system components
      2. Provide one configurable low voltage relay on a captive screw connector located on the back of the controller that can be configured to provide alarm notifications or other device functions
      3. Provide four power management switches on the front of the controller that can be used to locally manage power to the AV system components
      4. Device shall have a female RJ-45 jack located on the back of the enclosure that supports 10/100Base-T, half/full duplex with auto-detect for connection to a LAN or WAN and includes link and activity LED indicators located on the left and right of the jack for troubleshooting network issues
      5. Device shall support the following protocols: ARP, ICMP (ping), IP, TCP, UDP, DHCP, HTTP, SMTP, Telnet
      6. Device shall include a multi-function button that allows for the reset of the device or its communication properties at minimum
      7. Supports a web-based AV resource management application that provides a means to manage, monitor, and control AV equipment
      8. Provide an internal real-time clock with a 30-year backup battery that is used to keep track of the date and time
      9. Provide an integrated high performance Web server that supports up to 200 simultaneous sessions and has at least 960 kB nonvolatile user memory
      10. Provide front panel LED activity indicators for power status, device power management status, and network status
      11. Device shall be equipped with an internal 120/240 VAC, 50-60 Hz and 15 watts power supply
   2. Mounting requirements
      1. Device shall be housed in a 1 RU, half EIA rack width metal enclosure
      2. Device shall be able to be rack mounted using an optional rack shelf
      3. Device shall be able to be installed under a table, desk, or other flat surface using an optional mounting kit
   3. Software requirements
      1. Device shall be configured using Global Configurator 3.x with support for the following:
         1. Provide remote device power monitoring and control via Ethernet
         2. Provide the ability to create E-mail notifications
         3. Provide multiple levels of password protection
         4. Provide the ability to create schedules and monitors
   4. Shall meet regulatory compliances
      1. CE

      3. c-UL
      4. C-tick
      5. FCC Class A
      6. ICES
      7. VCCI
   5. Product Warranty
      1. Shall provide at least 3 years’ parts and labor
